The Space Book app provides all facilities staff with quick and easy access to key building data and drawings on their mobile devices. It also enables them to conduct paperless space surveys that are initiated in the field, or review summary and detailed space information.
Navigate through facilities spatial information, from the site to the room, by either hierarchical lists or graphical drill-down.
The FM staff member conducting the survey, who has proper authority, can upload the survey data directly into the inventory tables.
Otherwise, the survey data is uploaded to the space survey console for the FM manager to review and approve changes before updating the inventory records.
