Organizations use the Asset & Equipment Survey App to obtain consistent data on their equipment assets from the field. Typically, they collect fewer than six pieces of information on each of several thousand pieces of equipment.
They work with a team of field auditors - craftspersons, move managers, and administrators - who use this mobile App to document the current disposition of equipment assets.
The mobile App is supervised by an FM Manager who acts as the business-process owner. This supervisor creates the asset and equipment survey, reviews the information from the field, and posts it back to the inventory.
